Upon receiving your confirmed order, TvShop.com.pk makes plans to deliver the customers' purchased items using our extensive distribution network throughout Pakistan.

The delivery of your purchase may be delayed depending on the weather, law and order situation, etc. does not imply that it must be prolonged. TvShop.com.pk recognizes how crucial it is for you to receive your purchases fast, thus we take all reasonable steps to complete your order as soon as possible. Please provide us a complete and accurate billing address so that we can handle and finish your transaction without delay.

All deliveries are made by our own workers, who need the recipient's signature upon arrival. Please include any pertinent information about your address and who will be accepting the delivery on your behalf if you are delivering it to an apartment complex. It will be considered a quick and accurate delivery if someone you have authorized signs for the shipment at the address the customer has supplied. The customer is responsible for retrieving the delivered products from the authorized person's custody. If no one will be home to sign for the delivery at your house, we do advise delivering to your workplace. We do our hardest to deliver your purchase on time, and depending on stock availability, we also provide delivery the same day in many locations. Our delivery service is available from Monday through Sunday, except federal holidays.

It is not possible to reroute a package once it has been delivered to clients. From our warehouse in Islamabad, we provide pick-up (self-collection) services.

We've done everything we can to correctly represent the colors, designs, and quality of our items on the Site.
